The Creighton Bluejays currently have a uniform contract with Nike. We have 7 basketball uniforms in our database for the Creighton Bluejays and are working to add more to Uniform Critics. Feel free to contact us with any uniform designs for this team that we may be missing.
Creighton’s uniforms, like threads at most mid-majors, have been apparel suppliers’ most generic forms over the last decade.
After the 2008 season, the Bluejays dropped contrasting collar and armpits from their uniform combinations as well as the school’s interlocking “CU” logo at knee. The “CU” was replaced with “JAYS” shortly thereafter across all styles.
The team’s “CREIGHTON” wordmark across home whites and road blues have remained throughout, but with the latest Nike update prior to the 2012-13 season, Creighton received elite fit uniforms with perforated side panels on shorts featuring a “JAYS” wordmark that originated in 1999.
The Bluejays donned a primarily pink and blue color scheme on their home whites in 2013 for a game against Bradley to promote cancer awareness on Coaches vs. Cancer night. Current uniforms are similar to Duke’s classic style, but instead of black accents like Creighton utilized in the mid 2000s, the Bluejays now prefer silver.
Like the Blue Devils’ threads, Creighton has two-color wide panels that begin under the arms and end with a point on the side of the knee. Surprisingly, the Bluejays haven’t yet joined the black alternate realm with Nike.
Previous recent looks included contrasting shoulder vents and wavy-striped shorts, a style also worn by swoosh-sponsored Clemson among several others.
